Curtin University will be participating in a joint training exercise with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) on Wednesday 23 July.
During the exercise, the University will be testing emergency response procedures in relation to a simulated fire, with DFES, on Curtin’s Bentley Campus.
Staff and students will be informed of the exercise and media are advised that there is no cause for concern.
The exercise is scheduled to run from 7.30pm to 11.30pm. There will be no media or vision opportunities.
