Mad Fred makes its debut at The Blue Room in collaboration with Curtin University’s Hayman Theatre, and stars Curtin’s Performance Studies major. Mad Fred is written by Hellie Turner, “one of WA’s most respected and awarded playwrights” (pwa.org.au), and directed by acclaimed WA director Adam Mitchell.
Mad Fred is part of Hayman Theatre’s new initiative ‘Curtin Stage One Series’, where students work on a new WA play written by a WA playwright and/or author.
