About the Topic
Marion will be giving her advice on leading a social change project and the courage it takes to swim upstream. This will include insights and developments from the Committee’s ‘Filling the Pool’ gender equity research project.
About Ms Marion Fulker
In 2015 Marion was named as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence. Marion works on a diverse range of projects that affect our city, covering issues such as public transport, affordable housing and Indigenous reconciliation. She’s also undertaken studies on major government developments like Elizabeth Quay and the Light Rail Project. Marion is passionate about ensuring Perth’s future liveability, vibrancy, cultural diversity and economic prosperity. She’s travelled all over the world to discover how cities work and wants to use that knowledge to help make Perth better. Marion is an Alumnus of Curtin Graduate School of Business.
