The report explores data on housing costs and uses a survey of over 4,000 households to examine the real impact of housing affordability. Comparisons are made between WA and two other States, NSW and Queensland, and between metropolitan and regional areas. The report also explores housing affordability within key demographic groups and uses personal stories to illustrate the impact of housing costs on wellbeing.
