These workshops are designed specifically for international students and will help you develop yourself, learn new skills and meet a dynamic group of people, especially if you are from an Asian background or identify as LGBTIQ+
Topics include safe sex, HIV and sexually transmissible infections, consent, accessing health and testing services, diverse sexuality and gender, supporting yourself as an LGBTIQ+ person, being an ally, partying safely, drug and alcohol use, harm reduction, supporting other students and much more.
You’ll develop communication skills, build knowledge around health behaviours, sexuality and gender diversity, and learn how to support others, both in Australia and at home. The sessions are designed to be engaging, informative and allow you ample opportunity to grow your knowledge in an important and interesting area.
