Free movie screening for Year 11 & 12 students follows the Curtin Expo from 6.30pm

Curtin University of Technology is offering local Year 11 and 12 students the chance to see the new Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull movie for free on Thursday 29 May at the Grand Cinemas in Victoria Street, Bunbury.

Curtin Faculty of Humanities Marketing Officer Alana Joske said the University has tickets to give away to Year 11 and 12 students to the free screening following the Curtin Expo that is being held in the Grand Cinemas’ Foyer from 4.30pm to 6.30pm.

“The Curtin Expo is open to all high school students, teachers, family and friends in the Bunbury area who are seeking to find out more about the University,” Ms Joske said.

The Expo is an opportunity to explore career options, courses, research opportunities, scholarships, entry requirements, on-campus accommodation and university life.

There will be information about a range of Curtin’s courses such as Mining and Engineering, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Psychology, Business, Media and Communication, Design and Art, Education, and Architecture and Built Environment.

“We are excited to be able to offer Year 11 and 12 students the chance to see one of this year’s blockbuster movies for free following the Curtin Expo,” Ms Joske said.

“The movie tickets are strictly limited and registration is essential so students wishing to register for a free ticket should contact their Year Coordinator at school for details.”
