This is a free online webinar that only runs for an hour on Wednesday from 12.00pm to 1.00pm. If you are interested in learning about relaxation then click ‘attend’.

If you are unable to make it on the day, please still click ‘attend’ and you will receive a recorded copy after the webinar. The recorded video will expire two weeks later.
