Australian National University researchers are looking for students to trial a new online program to improve wellbeing.

By participating, you will take part in a six-week research trial of a brief online intervention to improve the health and wellbeing of university students.

About the trial

Before participating, you’ll be asked to complete brief screening measures to see if you are eligible for the trial. If you are eligible, you will be invited to complete four brief surveys, one prior to, and three after you complete the six-week trial period. By completing all four surveys in this study, you are eligible to win one of ten $100 gift vouchers for Coles/Myer, Apple or JB HiFi! Better than that, you will be helping contribute to student mental health while learning new strategies for your own health while studying.

Time commitment

The four surveys will take approximately 15 minutes each, and the online intervention will take about 5-10 minutes per week for six weeks. There is a total estimated commitment of two hours to participate in the trial.

Register your interest in the study by completing a short form.
