The Library is moving out of TL Robertson Library into a new space after exams!

Map showing the location of the new Library Central location.Library Central

Starting from Monday 15 November you’ll be able to study in the first of our newly refurbished Library spaces in Building 103 and 106A called Library Central (located between Concept Café and Curtin Connect). Library Central will be a full-featured library with plenty of study space, computers, printing facilities, an equity room, high use books and help available. Most services will be available from Monday 15 November, with other services ready in the following week.

TL Robertson Library will close when exams finish, from Saturday 12 November onwards including 2022, as construction works continue.

Borrowing items

If you require a particular book after exams we recommend you borrow this before Building 105 closes on Friday 12 November, as the main collection will not be available between Saturday 13 November and Monday 6 December. Our main collection will remain in Building 105, with a click and collect service starting from Monday 6 December.

High demand items will be available from Library Central and you’ll be able to return books to Library Central. You’ll also still have access to online items through the catalogue.

Spaces in 2022

Two additional Library spaces will open next year as students return to campus. Our current facilities will be accessible across these new locations, including more seating than what’s available in 2021. We’re looking forward to providing multiple construction-free, newly refurbished spaces for you to study in.

Keep an eye out for updates on our other new spaces early 2022, and contact us if you have any queries.
