You’re invited to participate in Managing Emotion, an online program designed to support your wellbeing.
Managing Emotion is a free online program designed specifically for university students that focuses on how we experience our emotions, and how the ways we think and act can help shape how we feel, particularly during times that may be stressful or overwhelming.
Created by researchers at Curtin University and Stanford University in consultation with psychologists, the program involves five online sessions, each made-up of short video clips, some light reading, hands-on activities, and questions about your experience. Each session takes around 20 minutes.
By taking part, participants can help us check that the program is effective for promoting wellbeing among university students. If we find that Managing Emotion is useful, we hope to make the program widely accessible to all Curtin students.
