There has never been a more exciting time to live on campus, with Curtin’s Exchange Precinct opening in 2022!

With options to live in the new Twin Dolphin Hall operated by UniLodge, and St Catherine’s College – a world-class residential college, both located just a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of campus and next door to the Curtin Central bus station, there is something to suit everyone.

The Exchange Precinct also includes Zamia Apartments that are self-contained, with apartment options of one to three bedrooms suitable for singles, couples and families. Additionally, there will be a hotel, grocery store and exciting specialty retail outlets as well as Curtin’s new School of Design and the Built Environment.

Twin Dolphin Hall

Twin Dolphin Hall is a 10-storey residence hall which will have over 500 rooms available for students in 2022. There are room options ranging from studios with their own kitchenette and bathroom, to six-bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen, bathroom and dining area within the space

Each room is air-conditioned and furnished with a bed, desk, study chair and plenty of storage options.

Wi-fi and utility costs are included in your weekly rent, as well as an off-peak gym membership at Curtin Stadium. Laundry facilities are also available for your use.

There will be common areas throughout the building for you to study or relax with friends, as well as the option to participate in regular social events as part of UniLodge’s Residential Life Program. On the top floor you will also have access to the theatre room.

St Catherine’s College

St Catherine’s College is our very first residential college. With 400 beds available, St Catherine’s will offer Curtin students a highly personalised college experience with access to weekly meals, regular social activities, academic assistance, leadership opportunities as well as sporting and formal events.

St Catherine’s has three room types for students to choose from including single rooms with a shared or ensuite bathroom, and studio rooms. Depending on your room type, you will have access to either 7, 14 or 21 meals per week.

Accommodation guarantee

If you are a rural, regional or remote student, or studying a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, you may be eligible for an accommodation guarantee. This is open to both current and prospective student applications.
