4 Week Fitness Challenge

Calling everyone looking to take their motivation to the next level! This challenge is for you.

Connect with others looking to achieve the same goals and be held accountable by our trainers. This is the push you have been waiting for.

Your trainer will work with you for over four weeks to maximise impact and achieve results. All you have to do is submit your details through the form below and show up!

Choose from three goal options:

  • Lose weight and get fit
  • Get strong and build muscle
  • Or a combination of both!

The Challenge includes:

  • A comprehensive body scan before and after the challenge (valued at $50)
  • A one-on-one appraisal and goal setting with your trainer (valued at $150)
  • 2 goal focused classes per week for 4 weeks to suit your goal of choice and on the gym floor with other like minded participants (valued at $120)
  • Regular communications and motivation through the Curtin Moves app (valued at $50)
  • Accountability with a qualified fitness instructor (valued at $150)

Costs to participate:

  • $60 Gym members
  • $120 Non-members

Terms and conditions

Offer ends 18 February 2022 or when classes are at capacity. All class bookings must go through the CurtinMoves app. Booked class no shows will be charged at $15. Offer does not include free access to the gym. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
