The Big Idea Student Competition

News story

Applications are now open for students to get involved in The Big Idea – a national competition where students propose a business case that aims to deliver positive social outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students who are looking to make a positive change to disadvantage people in the community, while learning practical business ideation development skills from a range of high-level professionals with hands-on and strategic experience.

The winning team will win some awesome prizes such as:

  • A professional experience day at The Big Issue’s head office and PwC Australia’s head office in Melbourne, including flights and accommodation.
  • Every team member will win an Apple iPad.
  • The winning team will also be fast-tracked to the final stage of the recruitment process in the PwC Australia graduate program!

As if that’s not enough, The Big Idea is also a Curtin Extra recognised program which means you could potentially gain official transcript recognition for your participation.

Places are limited and applications close on Monday 12 August 2019 at 23:59 AWST.
